Instructions
In a medium saucepan, bring the water or vegetable broth to a boil.
Add the couscous, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, and cinnamon to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and cover it with a lid. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Fluff the couscous with a fork and add the raisins, parsley, mint, and almonds. Stir well to combine.
Serve the couscous warm or at room temperature.
