- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups All purpose flour
- 1 Cup Whole milk
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1/4 Cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional- syrup, berries or toppings
With a large mixing bowl, add in your flour and sugar and mix to combine.
In another bowl, whisk together the butter, milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
Then, fold in the dry ingredients to the second bowl, and stir to combine.
Leave the batter to rest for two minutes and heat up your waffle iron.
Once the waffle iron is preheated, pour ⅓ of the waffle batter into the waffle iron.
Then, cook the waffles with the waffle iron for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve up the waffles with your desired toppings such as syrup, sauces or fruit.
